Hint - It’s more than just A/B Testing

CRO is not the big scary monster you think it is.

CRO, or Conversion Rate Optimization, is responsible for almost all of the growth Kissmetrics has achieved over the last 3 years.

Sure, a major component has been our relentless, back-to-back A/B testing. You might have seen a webinar or two on some of our most incredible test results. However, that is not the only tactic we used to increase conversion rates.

CRO is the umbrella that covers all the work you do to increase conversions: usability tests, content generation, A/B testing, surveys, targeting and segmentation, etc. It’s true, we have seen A/B tests that have had double digit increases on lead conversions but we’ve had other tools and techniques up our sleeves that have drastically increased engagement, activation and adoption.
